TK&H Properties was founded in 2018 by owner Coley Burke. Growing up in a family where on-going construction and remodeling projects were always present, it was natural Coley became passionate about remodeling homes. He founded TK&H Properties with the commitment of producing high quality work, without cutting corners or using contractor grade finishes. Each project he and his team work on, are completely stripped down to bare framing and rebuilt to a standard that will last. Coley handles every project as if he were going to be living there. In fact, the running phrase often heard throughout every project is "What Would Coley Do?"
